Thursday, October 26th

4:00-5:00 pm Community Room

  • 6-8 year olds 
  • Build an apparatus to keep an egg intact when it is dropped from a height of 3 ft?
  • Registration is required. Stop by the Children's Desk or call 657-8256

Teddy Bears and Stuffed Friends Sleepover

Friday, October 27th 

6:00 pm Story Tower

  • Bring Teddy Bear or Stuffed Friend (one per child)
  • Enjoy an bedtime Story Time and then tuck friends in for a sleepover at the library
  • Pick friends back up on Saturday morning at Good Bear Day Celebration

Tween STEAM - Egg Drop

Wednesday, October 25th 

4:00-5:00 pm Community Room

  • 9-12 year olds
  • Protect your egg from falling using a variety of materials and some ingenuity!
  • Call 657-8256 or stop by Children's desk to register

Good Bear Day

Saturday, October 28th

10:30 am Community Room

  • Celebrate the birthday of Teddy Roosevelt and the Teddy Bear with stories, songs and a craft.
  • Visit with Bearamy
  • Watch the video of all the mischief the Stuffed Friends got into during their Sleepover
  • Download coloring sheet and return for an entry into the contest to win a teddy bear.

Make and Take Craft - Jack o'Lantern

Monday, October 30th 

3:00-4:45 pm Craft Corner

  • Come make a fun Jack o'Lantern craft
  • No registration required
  • Children of all ages welcome, children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult
  • Clean up starts at 4:45

R.E.A.D to a Dog

Saturday, November  4th

10:30 -11:30 am Story Tower

  • Each reader will have the chance to read to one dog
  • All children who are readers are welcome
  • Registration is the day of the program at the Children's Desk
  • Space is limited
