Checkout Listening Time

Use your Library card number and PIN to grow your own music collection by downloading up to five songs per week. Enjoy listening to 3 hours of streaming music each day. The weekly download counter resets every Sunday at 10 pm and the daily streaming counter resets at 10 p.m. each night. Listen to the music on any MP3-capable device. Every song is DRM-free; but remember that copyright law applies to all music downloaded.
NO need to return the downloadable titles - NO expiration dates.

How It Works

  1. Visit the Freegal website.
  2. Search for Billings Public Library on the Select Your Library screen.
  3. Enter your Library Card Number and PIN.
  4. Choose to Submit your email for Freegal reminders or press Cancel if you do not wish to receive emails
  5. Browse by genre, artist or song.
  6. After locating the title, click the Freegal Download or Add to Wishlist icon to Download, Add to a Playlist or Add to Wishlist.
  7. To stream an entire album, hold the cursor over the album cover and click Stream Now.
