A lectern, projector, screen, chairs, tables, butler's pantry, and garden area are available at no additional charge to those using the Community Room. All equipment must be operated by an adult.

Check-in and check-out are done through the 1st floor public service desk.

Room may not be reserved more than three months in advance. 
Private parties and alcohol are prohibited.
During the summer, the Library and all meeting rooms close at 6 pm on Fridays.
