Older adults in our community are feeling the effects of isolation due to COVID-19. Let’s do something to help. This small act can make a big difference in the life of a Billings senior!
Visit the library:
Drop off your cards, letters, drawings and coloring sheets at the Billings Public Library using our curbside service or drive-up book drop. These “long distance hugs” will be distributed by our senior outreach department who will ensure that your artwork gets into the hands of local seniors in need of some cheer during this difficult time.
Participate remotely: Send your cards, letters, drawings, etc. to any (or all!) of the participating facilities listed in the chart below.

Announcing BPL CogKits!
We’re excited to announce the arrival of Billings Public Library CogKits. These cognitive activity kits are designed for adults with cognitive issues, Alzheimer’s and other dementias and are available in two levels: Early Stage and Middle/Late Stage.
Each kit includes a number of books, games, activities and informational resources and may be placed on hold through the library catalog or by calling 657-8255. You can also find them on the 2nd Floor of the library at the end of the book club kits.
This resource has been funded by generous grants from the Friends of the Billings Public Library and the Montana Geriatric Education Center.
